Blue Water Strategy is pleased to announce that we will be speaking at StocExpo 2026 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, one of the leading global gatherings for the tank storage, energy and infrastructure sectors.
During this year’s event, Blue Water Strategy will contribute to two key sessions addressing the rapidly evolving geopolitical and energy landscape shaping maritime trade and infrastructure.
The first session, “Driving Energy Hub Development in the Mediterranean,” will examine how ports and storage infrastructure across Southern Europe, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean are positioning themselves as strategic energy hubs. The discussion will address investment flows, bunkering strategies, new fuel supply chains and the geopolitical dynamics reshaping maritime energy corridors linking Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The second session, “Maritime Fuels in a Fragmented World,” will explore how geopolitics, regulation and energy security concerns are transforming the global shipping fuels market. With supply chains under pressure and regulatory frameworks such as FuelEU Maritime and IMO decarbonisation targets accelerating change, shipping is increasingly navigating a complex multi-fuel environment where LNG, methanol, ammonia, biofuels and conventional fuels will coexist.
We look forward to engaging with industry leaders, policymakers and investors on how the maritime and storage sectors can navigate this increasingly fragmented energy landscape.
